It’s likely that you have an engaged audience if you’ve been developing your internet presence for a long enough period of time. Your suggestions are taken seriously, and people like sharing your content with others. You are now being questioned by brands about sponsored social media posts and other partnerships. A media kit for influencers is one of the finest methods to respond to their inquiries.

What is an influencer media kit?

An influencer media kit, in a nutshell, is a packet or page of material you can send to potential client businesses and media outlets. This is the influencer equivalent of a resume, CV, or portfolio, sometimes known as a press kit. In real life, this translates to a virtual handshake that you use to introduce yourself. When properly put together, this document will demonstrate your abilities as an influencer and provide instances of your work. They assist brands in finding the ideal influencers and services to meet their requirements.

Short biography with a picture

In many job interviews, the first question is “Tell me about yourself.” In essence, your personality, creativity, and experience serve as your product when you are an influencer. Because of this, your brief biography should be imaginative. In the scenario that you are a fashion influencer, think about describing what got you interested in the topic. With this response, you should ideally be able to establish a connection with potential customers.

In the same way, your profile picture needs to be both professional and inviting. In some circumstances, headshots are acceptable, but not in others. Make sure you have a nice smile on your face and are acting casually when choosing a headshot.

Your active social media profiles

Naturally, the social media platform where you provide sponsored content is the most crucial to highlight. If you have a great Instagram following, be sure to mention that this is what you do best. Please also include your Instagram handle.

Don’t stop there, though. Even though you don’t anticipate getting employed on other social media platforms, brands can engage with you by looking at them. Do you generally enjoy having a good time? This online persona usually spreads to other social media sites. Using your influence in a certain industry? Even if it isn’t being used for your influencer company, your LinkedIn profile can help build your credibility.

Follower counts

In contrast to some other analytics, follower counts are simple to locate and include in your influencer media kit reports. This is advantageous because one of the most crucial pieces of information about any influencer is their follower count. Many companies will pay you according to the size of the social media platform where you do your work, and they may have a particular audience in mind for a certain campaign. The majority of platforms will display your following count on your profile or home page; all you need to do is update it sometimes. The number of unique visits you receive each month can be found in your account dashboard and used with blogs.

Engagement rates

Audience engagement rates are frequently the unspoken truth in the world of influencer marketing. Even though having a lot of eyes is great, marketing goals aren’t as concerned if people don’t engage with your contact. Another indicator that is used to assess your influence and determine your rates is engagement. Brands can determine your suitability by looking at your engagement rates. Finally, avoid buying involvement only to increase those figures. Along with false Instagram followers, many of us have developed the ability to see this, thus trying to do this will backfire severely.

Past collaborations

As a content creator, think of your past partnerships with brands as the experience section on your résumé. Your influencer media kit should include prior partnerships. It may be impossible to discuss all of a seasoned social media influencer’s partnerships in a one-page document. If this is the case, choose between your greatest work, your favourites, and your best outcomes. The goal is to present yourself in the best possible light.

Services you offer

Keep brands from speculating about your level of willingness. Inform them! Brands often have a clear understanding of the services they need when searching for new influencers to work with. Some companies even harvest the data from the influencer press kit and store it for later use. They might search the database for this information as the need arises for an influencer who provides particular services. You have increased your “visibility” in the system by providing it. Include both your best skills and what you are willing to do.

Price list

Influencers who are just starting out may not have “set” rates, while more seasoned ones frequently do. By including a price list in your influencer media kit, you make it clear to businesses what you expect in terms of collaboration and what kind of material you can offer that will best serve their target audience. You might bargain with brands for services depending on your business plan. Additionally, you’ll let companies know whether your services are reasonably priced and what prospective choices for partnerships are available from your list of services.

Contact Information

Don’t leave businesses “guessing” how to get in touch with you. An influencer media kit’s main objective is to promote your services, and the main focus of this campaign is generating sales leads. It’s likely that a brand won’t bother if they have to find you. They’ll simply go on to the next person who has mentioned this. Give your preferred mode of contact when providing your contact information. Depending on your comfort level, you might also mention alternate approaches.

We’re off to a fantastic start this week with the announcement that Saim Sadiq’s Joyland has won an award at the Palm Springs Film Festival. Ali Junejo, who plays Haider in the highly acclaimed film, was named Best Actor at the prestigious event. The announcement was made on Joyland’s social media platforms as well as the official website of the Palm Springs Film Festival. Junejo, who was unable to accept the prize in person, conveyed his gratitude in a video greeting.

In the clip, he said “I’m really humbled, this is a huge honour. I am so proud that our little baby, Joyland, has gotten where it has. It’s been around the world, and it’s been getting so much love from so many people. It’s really touching.”

He continued, “I remember when we were making this film in Gawal Mandi, we just wanted to tell this story as honestly as possible. And look at where we are; the fact that I am doing this, the fact that we are shortlisted for the Academy Awards, it is the most amazing thing.” Junejo continued to thank his director, Sadiq, for trusting him to essay Haider in the award-winning film.

He then expressed gratitude to Rasti Farooq, Alina Khan, and the rest of the cast for assisting Haider in finding his way. Junejo also thanked the crew and producers Sarmad Khoosat and Apoorva Guru Charan. “This is for all of us,” Junejo commented. “These characters have found such a place in my heart, and I know all of us feel that way. I hope anyone who watches this also thinks the same.”

The jury also mentioned honoring Junejo for his outstanding performance in the successful picture. The statement read, “We award the Best Actor Prize to Ali Junejo in Joyland for his intimate, thoughtful, and nuanced performance as Haider, a man grappling with his diverging sense of self and familial responsibility.”

The Pakistani Taliban’s most recent attack, a suicide bombing in the capital last Friday, left one police officer dead and six others injured.

According to an investigation by a foreign media outlet, the Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), which banned and broke the cease-fire with Islamabad last month, has carried out several attacks across the nation.

The Afghan Taliban, who took control of Kabul last year, has been asked by Pakistani authorities to use their clout to persuade the TTP to make peace with Islamabad, but multiple rounds of negotiations have failed to produce a fruitful outcome.

As shelling from Afghanistan along its border with Pakistan has killed several civilians, Pakistan faces multiple security threats from both the TTP and the new authorities in Kabul. Since the current administration does not have the public support to address the security issue or the financial resources to do so, it is possible that it may get worse in 2023.

Analysts are concerned that Pakistan could wind up like its neighbour Sri Lanka in terms of being unable to pay its debts, lacking foreign reserves, and dealing with unmanageable, spiralling inflation as the year ends. After the State Bank of Pakistan unexpectedly increased interest rates to combat inflation in November, the country’s consumer price index reached a level of about 24 percent. In the fiscal year 2023, Pakistan is expected to pay back more than $26 billion in foreign debt.

The inflation rate climbed to an all-time high of 14.9% in October. The Pakistani rupee has never been lower than the US dollar, and regular people cannot afford the high price of gasoline.

The foreign exchange reserves of Pakistan have decreased to $6.7 billion, the lowest amount in the previous four years, according to the central bank of Pakistan.

According to Niloufer Siddiqui, a political science professor at the State University of New York, “Pakistan will continue to face a number of issues in the coming year; a worsening economic crisis amid a developing political instability.”

“In 2023, the government will focus on the usual short-term fixes that buy Pakistan more time but ultimately don’t end up solving the underlying problems, until the cycle plays out anew. So, we can expect Islamabad to look for more bailout funds from the usual suspects — China and the Gulf countries,” Michael Kugelman, a South Asia expert at the Washington-based Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, said.

Former Pakistani ambassador to the US and Hudson Institute director for South and Central Asia Husain Haqqani claimed that Pakistan has not made any human capital investments in the previous seven decades. Instead of luring in varied investments, it survives on textile exports and foreign borrowing. There is no indication of the crucially needed fundamental economic reforms, but it would likely avoid default through a combination of increased borrowing and decreased imports, he told the media source.

Friday’s inaugural meeting of the Committee was presided over by Najam Sethi, who was recently appointed Chairman of the Management Committee of the Pakistan Cricket Board.

After receiving a thorough briefing on the HBL Pakistan Super League 8, which is slated to take place from 13 February to 19 March, the Management Committee decided to include Quetta as the tournament’s fifth venue.

The Committee decided that PCB would work closely with the local administration to upgrade and renovate Bugti Stadium to make sure it is ready to host the HBL PSL 8 matches. Separate discussions would also take place between PCB security experts and local authorities to ensure the safety and security of all participants, officials, and spectators.

Najam Sethi said: “I am delighted that seven years after launching the HBL Pakistan Super League, I am today announcing our commitment to add Bugti Stadium in Quetta as the fifth venue for our marquee event. Bugti Stadium is the home ground of Quetta Gladiators and we still remember the incredible scenes when the Gladiators visited the city after winning the 2019 tournament.

“The passionate cricket fans of Quetta have been waiting for a long to watch high-profile cricket in their backyard and I am pleased that we will now bring HBL PSL matches to their doors. In this relation, I have already spoken with influential officials in the Balochistan province, who have assured me of their complete support from event delivery perspectives.”

The Committee also discussed Peshawar as a potential location for hosting HBL PSL and international matches, and it was decided that matches would be held there provided there were no restrictions placed by the provincial and federal governments and the stadium had facilities of an international standard for cricket, broadcast, spectators, and media.

The Women’s League was also the subject of the first deliberations by the Management Committee; further conversations will follow. The Management Committee decided to let the Pakistan Cup conclude on January 3 in the best interest of the participants and event after discussing the domestic cricket structure under the 2014 PCB Constitution.

It was decided that Najam Sethi, Shakil Sheikh, and Haroon Rashid would develop the early draft of the domestic structure, which corresponds to the PCB Constitution 2014 and share it with the Committee for further debate.

A virus has reportedly afflicted 14 team members, including eight players, ahead of the first Test against Pakistan in Rawalpindi, dealing a severe blow to the English cricket team.

Tomorrow (December 1), England will play the first Test in Pakistan for the first time in 17 years.

Ben Stokes, the captain of England, as well as other squad members and officials, were reportedly impacted by the virus, according to a BBC report.

To succeed in a job interview, you must be able to think quickly under pressure. While some people thrive on adrenaline, it makes sense that some people find the nerves difficult. While working in the fashion industry can be exhilarating, it can also be challenging to find employment. Because it’s a cutthroat field, there will probably be a long line of applicants for any given position. As a result, it’s imperative that you succeed in getting your ideal fashion career. You should put work into developing a strong CV, an appealing portfolio, and a commitment to meticulous interview preparation.

Here are some tips for a successful fashion job interview:

Be confident and make eye contact

First impressions matter a lot. With a confident stride, a warm smile, and a good posture, enter the interview space. Even though you might be feeling anxious, try to maintain your composure and project confidence. In an interview, eye contact is extremely crucial. When speaking with your interviewer, try to keep your eyes fixed on them. People who avoid making eye contact may come out as distant and uninterested.

Sell yourself

Keep in mind that there are probably other applicants vying for the same position, so you must make yourself stand out. Sell yourself by outlining your qualifications for the position and your enthusiasm for a career in fashion. But be careful not to overdo it or you can come across as haughty.

Be descriptive, be detailed

Detail is what interviewers want to hear. Vague responses simply won’t do. Answer questions in a descriptive manner and use personal anecdotes to support your points. Discuss your team, your goals, your accomplishments, and your abilities. Sharing specifics demonstrates your abilities and that you are knowledgeable, even if your interviewer doesn’t ask for it.

Ask memorable questions

A successful interview involves both you and the potential employer asking questions. Ask pertinent questions to your interviewer whenever possible, and don’t forget to save one at the conclusion.

Know what the next steps are, and say thank you

Find out what the next steps in the procedure are after the interview. You have the right to inquire as to whether they have other applicants waiting to be interviewed and when you can anticipate learning whether you were successful or not. Always, always thank the interviewer for their time as you wrap up the conversation. Politeness is important.
