Fall has a way of always feeling like a new beginning. What better way to channel that than with the coolest fall haircuts for 2022?

The best thing about transitioning into fall is that it’s the ideal time to experiment with a new haircut, whether that means drastically cutting off all your chlorine-damaged ends or adding new layers to bring attention to your best features while also freshening your present length.

We have compiled the best fall haircuts for various hair lengths.

Draped Layers:

Face-framing layers often referred to as draped layers, were popular in the 1990s and the first decade of the 2000s. For a striking appearance, the layers should be clipped around your face at various lengths to highlight your features. The pro explains that the thin styling cream acts as a heat protector while providing hold and gloss. You may get the bouncy movement in front by using a round brush, which should be rubbed inward to highlight all the layers around the face.

Sliced Bob:

The sliced bob, a short to a medium haircut that is trimmed in a blunt length to appear both traditional and trendy, is popular among celebrities. Using a pair of scissors to cut through the hair’s ends, is accomplished while maintaining a blunt overall outline and giving the hair shape rather than layers. A hair oil and serum that will make the hair pop, keep it hydrated, and prevent breaking at the corners are what stylists advise for a salon-style finish.

Curtain Bangs:

Want to alter without sacrificing length? A set of curtain bangs may completely transform any hairdo.

Curtain bangs keep their length while bringing a fresh punch to the face, emphasizing the eyes, cheekbones, and lips.

For a more “always framed” appearance, they can start shorter from the brow arch to the nose, or longer around the lip and nose tip for a more adaptable curtain that can be tucked and pulled back.

The Shag:

The shag continues to be a popular hairstyle season after season because few haircuts are as adaptable as it. The style suits all hair textures and can be worn with or without bangs.

With carved-out petals and shorter spherical layers across the crown, you may add easy movement, a rock-and-roll spirit, and low-maintenance styling. Although it can work for straighter textures as well, it is ideal for individuals with waves and curls.

Classic Bangs

Bangs in the summer’s heat and humidity are only for the strong-willed, but sporting fringe in the fall’s cooler temperatures is considerably easier. Furthermore, bangs are a simple approach to update your appearance without doing a major makeover. Making the decision to trim your bangs can be intimidating, but fall is the ideal season if you’re itching for some face-framing fringe.

T-shirts can serve a lot more purposes than just serving as your go-to outfit for couch surfing. You can incorporate them into a stylish layering look or dress them up with a saree. The options are essentially limitless. Here are five creative and interesting ways to style a white t-shirt, shared by Maham.

Summer Burst:

The summer season is all about bright, vibrant colours and if you’re looking to wear a statement item (like orange trousers) then a plain white t-shirt is the ideal clothing to bring a clean break to your outfit. Pair it with white sandals and perhaps a light white coat (if you’re feeling brave), and you’ve got your hero piece shining bright like the sun.

Date Night:

The white t-shirt provides the perfect modest way of wearing a corset as an outer. When paired with high-waisted wide-leg pants, it accentuates the curves of your body and gives a balanced proportion to the overall look. I’ve opted for flats to give a more casual look, but you can switch them for heels to give extra oomph.

Saari Affair:

Add a modern twist to the classic black saari. Elevate your black saari by pairing a black corset with your white t-shirt and you’ll get that black and white film vibes. Layer with traditional and modern accessories to complete the look and you’re ready to strut the streets.

Swan Effect:

You can never go wrong with an all-white outfit – it works for all seasons. Pair with any coloured shoes and you’ll add just the right amount of colour to not let your outfit feel dull.

Casual Outings:

Nothing screams comfort like overalls. Keep the look fresh with a white t-shirt, white joggers and maybe a dark-coloured cardigan (for winters) and voila, you’re officially a Gilmore Girl.

In January 2021, Alice Bender used TikTok to make baby sleep popular. Bender, who was 21 at the time, spoke on her iPhone camera while holding her 5-month-old baby, Fern, in his nursery and explaining why he didn’t have a crib. She claimed, “We literally buy these small baby jail cells so that we can just walk away and put our baby in there. “I don’t have a crib because I’ll never make my child go to bed at a certain hour. Babies are people, too, and it’s cruel to make someone go to bed when they’re not exhausted. Imagine if your partner forced you to go to bed even though you weren’t exhausted and confined you in a space you couldn’t escape from. You would probably abandon them since that would be abusive.

A lop-eared bunny hopped on the ground in the distance next to a piece of white wooden furniture that resembled a crib but was just a few inches off the ground and was missing half of one side. According to Bender, a floor bed enables a baby to sleep when they want to sleep and get up and walk around when they don’t.

Before Bender took it down, the post had more than 7 million views, garnered international attention, and sparked a tonne of tweets (“Next week on this lady’s tik tok: why I let my 5-month child drive”). She continued to give suggestions for baby sleep though. She wrote, “There’s no such thing as sleep training,” in a post from August 2021, and Bender pointed to the words as music played. But it is possible to train a child who was left to die.

A parent from the past would find a lot of this video’s content to be confusing. (That item in her living room that resembles a drying rack with a ramp on it is actually a Pikler triangle, a climbing toy for babies linked with Montessori that acquired popularity on social media during the epidemic and has a retail price of close to $600.) But some information would be well known. #cryitout is one of the hashtags used in the article and it alludes to a technique that was first mentioned in the book The Care and Feeding of Children written by doctor L. 1894: Emmett Holt. According to Holt, if a baby is weeping at night and nothing appears to be amiss, “it should just be allowed to ‘cry it out.'”

Depending on the particular approach, this practice is now known as sleep training, progressive extinction, or Ferberization, but the basic idea hasn’t changed. Because babies can’t tell the difference between day and night at birth and can’t calm themselves, parents must educate them to fall asleep. Bender’s movies represent the “gentle parenting” school of thinking, which is skeptical of anything as strict as “teaching” your child. Following the baby’s lead in deciding when to sleep and wake up is a key component of gentle parenting.

Parents are still engaged in this struggle more than a century after Holt’s book was published. The discussion is taking place on TikTok, where Team Sleep Training is broadcasting its own chicly crafted propaganda, as well as in Facebook groups, Reddit threads, Instagram comments, and other places.

It can be difficult and even overwhelming to move past a loved one, especially if the split came as a complete surprise. After all, it can be heart-breaking to let go of these emotions and move on with your life when you care for someone so strongly.

Fortunately, there are tried-and-true methods for moving on for real in all senses after losing someone you love. Just keep in mind that healing takes time and there is no specific pace you need to maintain.

Cut off contact

This must be done initially to protect your physical and mental well-being. You don’t have to be aware of their location or their companions. Eliminate any contact with your ex.

Keep in mind that any type of communication with them, whether direct or indirect, may bring back unpleasant memories and possibly even induce dreams. These are the things that will cause you to turn around when you ought to be concentrating on moving forward.

Accept the reality of the situation

Accepting the truth of what happened is the first step in moving past a loved one. For instance, it’s time to accept the possibility of unrequited love when the person you’re in love with doesn’t feel the same way about you and stop holding out hope that circumstances would suddenly improve.

When you accept the fact that this person doesn’t feel the same way about you as you do about them, you can make this the turning point and start the healing process.

Love yourself more

You’re at a very vulnerable point right now, questioning your ability to receive love and whether you’ll ever meet someone who can compare to your ex. Instead of turning inward for the solution, focus on strengthening your inner core.

Love yourself more. More accurately understand, accept, forgive, and empathize with yourself.

Get rid of any negative thoughts and remind yourself that you have everything it takes to make someone else’s life better, and that person will do the same for you.

Rely on your support system

As you heal from a broken heart, don’t be reluctant to ask friends, relatives, or a qualified professional for assistance. You don’t have to handle this challenging relationship scenario by yourself and having friends and family members who care about you can be crucial to moving on and letting go.

Be willing to ask for and receptive to receiving assistance. You can escape that funk and realise that you have a lot to be grateful for when you surround yourself with people who have your back and only want the best for you.

Get Rid of the Physical Memories

Getting rid of the lingering reminders that are still in your vicinity is a critical step in moving on. If you still have pictures of your ex in your apartment or if their belongings are littered throughout your room, they are still very much a part of your life.

Clean and organise your personal space to make way for sentimental items and memories with someone new when you’re ready to move on from them.

Look forward

It’s critical to focus on the future rather than the past if you want to move over a split that seemed to come out of nowhere and get over someone you love. You won’t ever be able to move on from this individual if you keep rehearsing every interaction in your head and analysing every chat to figure out what went wrong.

Getting over this person will be lot easier if you opt to look forward and concentrate your energy on what lies ahead because you won’t be continuously thinking about what happened in the past. Healing requires both time and space. Give yourself enough time to move on from the past so you can develop in this new phase of your life.

The most typical backache is low back pain. At some point in their life, more than eight out of ten people will have upper, mid, or low back discomfort. Without treatment, most back pain cases improve within a few weeks.  Back pain is frequently relieved by over-the-counter painkillers as well as by applying ice or heat to the affected area.

The first step toward finding relief from back pain is understanding when to visit a doctor. Many people can operate normally despite having mild backaches and can get comfort from at-home care. However, it’s crucial to be aware of the warning signs and symptoms of a more severe back issue that needs to be diagnosed and treated by a doctor.

When to see a doctor

If you have any of these red flags along with back pain, see your doctor as soon as possible:

  • Constant or intense pain, especially at night or when you lie down
  • Pain spreads down one or both legs, especially if the pain extends below your knee
  • Pain causes weakness, numbness, or tingling in one or both legs
  • Back pain occurs with unintended weight loss
  • Back pain occurs with swelling or redness on your back
  • Back pain occurs with fever
  • Medical history of cancer, osteoporosis, chronic steroid use, or suppressed immune system

Seek emergency medical care

Dial 911 for emergency medical assistance or arrange for transportation to the hospital emergency room if your back pain occurs:

  • Occurs following a severe auto accident, serious fall, or sports injury.
  • Creates new issues with bladder or bowel control

At the age of 96, Queen Elizabeth II, the monarch with the longest reign in British history, passed away on Thursday in Balmoral Castle, United Kingdom (UK).

The late monarch was well-respected across the world, and Pakistan was one of the nations she visited twice. She also had cordial relations with nearly all the administrations in place since independence.

1961:

In 1961, Queen Elizabeth visited Pakistan. She was accompanied by her husband, Duke of Edinburgh Prince Philip. She visited Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Lahore, and other areas of the country.

Queen Elizabeth waved to the crowds as she rode in a convertible through the streets of Karachi.

During her visit, she was also introduced to the then president, Muhammad Ayub Khan while in Lahore.

1974:

During the Pakistan Cricket Team’s tour of England, when they played off against the national team at the Lord’s stadium, Queen Elizabeth II also honored the occasion with her presence. In a picture, the Majesty is pictured shaking hands with Imran Khan, a former premier who played cricket at the time.

1997:

After 1961, the next visit to Pakistan was over three decades later when the Queen joined the country in celebrating 50 years of its independence. She was again accompanied by Prince Philip.

In the pictures floating on the Internet, she is seen posing in a bright yellow polka-dotted dress as she stood with Pakistani leaders at the Shah Faisal Mosque in Islamabad.

While touring the mosque, she covered her head with a scarf over her hat while wearing stockings as a sign of respect for our culture.

She also spoke at a banquet hosted by the then President of Pakistan, Farooq Leghari.

Apart from her tours, she also gave knighthood to former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, who was in power at that time.

The British monarch also met with the late Benazir Bhutto at a national assembly of Pakistan during her visit.

On October 10, 1997, Queen Elizabeth visited the National College of Arts and spoke to students there.

2013:

In 2013, the Queen and Prince Philip invited the Nobel Peace Prize Laureate and activist Malala Yousafzai to a reception at Buckingham Palace, where they met and spoke for a brief time.

2018:

Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi met Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at the Dinner Reception hosted by HM The Queen for Commonwealth Heads of Government and Spouses in Buckingham Palace on April 19, 2018.

2019:

Her final encounters with Pakistanis were when she met with all the team captains prior to the 2019 World Cup of the International Cricket Council (ICC). Sarfraz Ahmed, the captain of Pakistan’s cricket team, met her at Buckingham Palace at the time.

The iPhone 14 is now here, officially. Whether you’re considering an upgrade, or you simply want to know the key changes between these two phones, an iPhone 14 vs iPhone 13 comparison should be helpful. Even though Apple recently unveiled the iPhone 14, the iPhone 13 is still available at a discounted price at the Apple Store.

The iPhone 14 appears to be nearly identical to the iPhone 13 at first look, but it has several noteworthy improvements, such as a larger and brighter main camera sensor, safety features like Emergency SOS via satellite and Crash Detection, and a slightly more powerful version of Apple’s A15 Bionic chipset.

The iPhone 13 is still one of the best smartphones available, despite being reduced in price. You may choose the phone that best suits your needs using this comparison between the iPhone 14 and iPhone 13.

Model:

Apple killed the iPhone Mini this year, drastically altering its iPhone portfolio. Instead, there are two iPhone 14 models: a 6.1-inch model and a 6.7-inch model. The only real distinctions between the Plus and the iPhone 14 are the screen size and battery.

The 6.1-inch iPhone 13 and the 5.4-inch iPhone 13 mini are the only models of the iPhone 13 series still available on Apple’s website.

Design and Display:

The iPhone 14 and iPhone 13 have very similar appearances. Both have glossy backs and are composed of glass and aluminum. Like the previous edition, the front glass of the iPhone 14 sports a Ceramic Shield for increased durability.

The 6.1-inch OLED displays of the iPhone 14 and iPhone 13 are identical. They support HDR, have 800 nits of brightness, and can reach 1,2000 nits of peak brightness when HDR material is present. The iPhone 14 Plus, which has a larger screen with a diagonal measurement of 6.7 inches, is the sole notable difference. This panel is more immersive for watching videos and can display more information at once.

Price:

The basic iPhone 14 costs $799. With the release of the iPhone 14, the iPhone 13 has been reduced to $699 which was originally priced at $799.

Priced at $899, the iPhone 14 Plus is $100 more expensive than the iPhone 14. Currently, the iPhone 13 mini costs $599.

Colors:

The iPhone 14 comes in five colors: Midnight, Starlight, Blue, Purple, and (Product) Red. The iPhone 13 colors include Pink, Blue, Midnight, Starlight, Green, and Red.

Camera:

The camera module layout on the rear of the iPhone 13 changed from vertically stacked lenses to ones positioned diagonally. iPhone 14 continues in that vein. It retains the somewhat smaller notch from the iPhone 13’s front instead of the Dynamic Island design found on the newer iPhone 14 Pro models.

eSIM-only device:

The actual SIM tray on US models of the iPhone 14 has also been eliminated by Apple, making the iPhone 14 an eSIM-only device. Therefore, the iPhone 13 would be a better option for you if you want a SIM card tray.

Outlook:

A few improvements are included in the iPhone 14 including SOS Emergency satellite connectivity, Crash Detection, and enhancements to low light photography. There are still a lot of similarities to the iPhone 13 despite these improvements.

Overall, it doesn’t appear that the iPhone 14 performs better than the iPhone 13. However, the new phones may be of interest if you currently possess an iPhone 12 or an older model, or if you want to spend out on the new, larger Plus model.

Harassment is a type of job discrimination that is against the law in several states and federal jurisdictions. Constant unwelcome sexual advances, verbal abuse, and requests for sexual favours are all examples of sexual harassment. There will probably be a harassment issue if a firm has a large workforce. In Pakistan, harassment of women at work affects more than 70% of them, and there seems to be no end in sight to their predicament.

The following are some potential consequences of sexual harassment at work:

Leadership gap:

Harassment at work contributes to the leadership gap. By attempting to avoid their harasser, women risk missing out on vital mentorship and on-the-job training, both of which are essential for assisting women in advancing into leadership roles.

Emotional issues:

Sexual harassment victims frequently experience emotional and psychological suffering, such as stress, depression, and anxiety. They frequently suffer from low self-esteem and confidence.

Physical issues:

Victims of sexual harassment also report long-term physical health problems. Physical health issues such as insomnia, loss of appetite, changes in weight, motion sickness, and headaches might occur.

Impedes women’s economic security:

In a survey, 38% of women who had experienced harassment said it had influenced their choice to quit their jobs early, and 37% said it had prevented them from advancing in their careers. Women’s income and opportunities to save money and build wealth are reduced when they cut back on their working hours or quit their jobs to escape a harasser.

Professional Problems:

The effectiveness at work and the course of a victim’s career can both be severely harmed by sexual harassment. Some people may isolate themselves from co-workers and the job out of fear or a loss of confidence. They are more prone to be late, absent, or preoccupied. Those who are sexually harassed may have disadvantages in their career advancement, including being passed over for promotions, being excluded from important meetings, facing retaliation, and being branded a troublemaker, if they report the harassment.
