Le Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef Maha has embarked on a new chapter by relocating to Lahore, Pakistan. After honing her skills at Le Cordon Bleu Istanbul and successfully running a restaurant in Dubai, Chef Maha is eager to share her international experience.
Her culinary journey began in Istanbul, where she earned a diploma in pastry arts. This training, combined with her innovative approach, led to the opening of her restaurant in Dubai, which quickly gained recognition for its unique desserts and fine pastries. Her establishment became a favorite among food lovers, showcasing her ability to blend traditional techniques with modern flavors.

We attended her Tarts Masterclass at The Cookery, Lahore, where she guided us through making tart dough (Pâte Sucrée) in both cacao and vanilla, along with a variety of delicious fillings.
