Roasted Chickpeas Recipe!

Alina Asad of Alina’s Cocina brings us a delicious recipe yet again!

For the roasted chickpeas:
•       300 grams chickpeas boiled
•       2 tablespoons olive oil
•       ½ teaspoon salt and pepper
•       ½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika

Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Drain the chickpeas and rinse them with cold water. Using two layers of paper towels, dry some of the extra water. Toss the chickpeas with olive oil carefully and add salt, pepper and garlic. Stir to combine. Place the chickpeas on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes checking every 10 minutes. Bake until the outside is crispy but the inside is soft. Remove from the oven and cool.
