  4. Spend time with yourself and truly hear what you’re feeling and thinking. You’re important, get to know and love yourself!
  5. Edit the toxic things from your life, focus on family and real friends. Positivity will radiate from those who love you unconditionally; you’ll know it when you see it. Trust!
