Greek Yogurt Chocolate Fudge Pops by Alina’s Cocina.

1 1/2 cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt  

Directions:

1. Heat the chocolate chips over a double boiler on low heat until completely melted.  

2. Add the milk to the melted chocolate and increase the heat to medium stirring constantly

3. Remove from heat when completely mixed and cool for 5 minutes. 

4. Whisk in vanilla and Greek yogurt; mix well until completely smooth. 

5. Place a fine-mesh sieve over a large bowl (preferably one with a spout) and pour the chocolate mixture through the sieve. Pour the strained chocolate liquid into the Popsicle moulds and place them in the freezer for 1 hour. 

6. At this point remove the pops from the freezer and insert the Popsicle sticks in. Freeze overnight.
