How to stay on track with your fitness in quarantine?

  1. Plan your routine, streamline your sleep, I am sure it’s hard but its quite essential to keep your fitness on track.
  2. Take out daily 45 mins to do a home workout, you can follow bodyworks.fs for some home workouts. Working out will help release a lot of stress too.
  3. As all of us are home bound meal preping would be quite easy and we all can try making healthy calorie counted recipes at home, which will keep us on track woth our fitness.
  4. Last but not the least drink a lot of water and try to stay positive that all of us will get through this.
